Prismatic Wand

Select a Region
Sneak-use to cycle Selection, Copy, and Paste. In Selection, right-click two opposite corners; those clicks define the region.
Copy Live Blocks
In Copy, use the wand to save the selected region. It remembers the source coordinates and offset from you, not a snapshot; Paste reads each block at those positions when used. Containers and machines keep no contents or settings from the copy, and no fluid resources or buckets are saved.
Paste at Your Position
In Paste, use the wand where you stand. The region appears at the same offset from your current position as it had when copied; the block you click does not set its destination.
Paste Limits
Only air is filled; occupied destinations and source-air cells stay unchanged. A selected region holds at most 512 cells total, including air. Before placement, every source and destination cell must be loaded and within build height and the world border; any unsafe cell prevents the paste.
Survival Cost
In survival, one matching Block Item is consumed only after a block is placed successfully. There is no undo.
